Breathwork has also been found to be extremely effective in mindfully developing a deeper understanding of self, relationships and life, and in the process effectively deals with anxiety and depression. It can also be seen as a bodymind therapy which integrates brain functioning which has been affected by developmental trauma.

There are a number of options you could choose from:

Breath Awareness Coaching - 1 hr session  to create experiential knowledge of how to manage stress and anxiety

The approach taken here is truly holistic. The way we breathe is an accurate indicator of how we are feeling; but often we are too busy even to be aware - until we are exhausted from stress or are surprised by a panic attack or our emotions spill over. The goal of a coaching session is to create an awareness of the relationship between your thoughts, emotions, body sensations and the way you breathe. Through gentle coaching you develop an awareness of this inter-relationship and begin to acquire the skills to intervene with conscious breathing and support yourself in moments of difficulty. You will leave feeling more relaxed and lighter.

Breathwork - 2 hrs consultation providing support to uncover and release the source of distress and unhappiness

This simple, yet profound breathing technique allows you touch the essence of who you truly are.
It is by flowing with the prana/life force in the breath you source the causes of stress, resolve and release both conscious and unconscious limiting beliefs. You are then free to direct your life the way you choose, from a deep creative space within.
There you will find optimism, joy and confidence in yourself and the future
Between 3 - 10 sessions is all you need to make a profound shift. A  Breath Awareness training will add to and consolidate the skills you gain in session. 

Bespoke programmes - extended individual consultations - 3+hrs

These are possible when the situation, issue, time or place require it.  Each arrangement is individually designed and made after discussion with Ann. You may like to come and stay in the village of Millthorpe where Ann is based and combine a personal retreat programme with rest and relaxation in the countryside.
